The grand opening, ribbon cutting ceremony for the River Region Golden Shears & More was held on September 6, 2017 (10 am) at their 3rd Location; 22 Monroe Street, Downtown Montgomery. Golden Shears, the ultimate Barber & Spa  experience management team was welcomed by Mayor Todd Strange of the City; Commission Chairman Elton Dean of Montgomery County & The Chamber of Commerce as well as a host of Clients, Family & Friends.
